Photo no. 12 in my new 14 image series.
Just your run-of-the-mill winter scene with deer prints and footprints. Well, except for that weird fat rut running down the middle of the trail. The snow that day was that horrid kind of slush that is impossible to walk in with boots and snowshoes alike. But the person having the worst of it was the fat-tire cyclist leaving behind the single rut. I met up with him about an hour later, and he was exhausted from the experience.
